Shipping Policy

The Perennial Song offers made-to-order apparel and merchandise. Because many items are produced after an order is placed, processing time is separate from shipping time.

Processing

Most made-to-order products require approximately 2–5 business days for production before shipping. Production times may occasionally be longer during holidays, school spirit shop events, large releases, or periods of high order volume.

Spirit Shop Orders

School and team spirit shops may operate during a designated ordering window. When a shop has a posted closing date, production may begin after the ordering window closes.

Unless otherwise stated on the individual Spirit Shop page, please allow approximately 7–10 business days after the shop closes for production and delivery or designated pickup.

Multiple Shipments

Some items in your order may ship separately or at different times depending on the type of product ordered. Most of our apparel is produced using DTF printing, while select items may be produced using DTG printing or other specialty production methods.

Limited-edition, specialty, or limited-quantity items may also ship separately from the rest of your order due to availability and production timing.

If your order is divided into multiple shipments, you will receive tracking information as each package ships. You will not be charged additional shipping solely because your order is sent in more than one package.

Shipping Addresses

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. Please contact us as soon as possible if an address needs to be corrected. Once an order has shipped, we may not be able to change the delivery address.

Tracking

When tracking is available, tracking information will be emailed after the order ships.

Lost or Delayed Packages

Carrier delays are outside of our direct control, but if you believe your package has been lost, please contact us and we will help determine the appropriate next steps.
